Located on the Site of a recently relocated elementary school, Summit Gardens is a response to the urgent need for denser housing in the rapidly growing town of Sisters, Oregon. The Community is predominantly single-family housing and has a 40’ hieght building height limit. This project predominantly focused on missing middle housing, community engagement, and public planning in accommodating a community's needs.
